How to make it

Whisk 4g of matcha with 30ml of hot or cold water. Add 150ml of milk or plant-based milk, then serve over ice if desired.

The blend

50% ceremonial-grade Uji matcha from Kyoto and 50% Japanese first- and second-harvest Matcha. This balance keeps the Matcha character present after milk is added.
