We are very excited to share our passion for Matcha with you.
While reading Matcha on Monday by Michiko Aoyama, I became intrigued by the idea of starting an online matcha store. The very next day, the whole family got together to brainstorm a brand name—and Matcha Yin came to life.
All our Matcha products are of premium quality. They originated from major tea regions in Japan and have been packaged in Melbourne.
Currently we have three Matcha varieties available: Ceremonial 1st harvest Matcha, premium Matcha, suitable for lattes or straight up, and Matcha blended with Vanilla (sugar free). All varieties come in 30g and 50g pouches.
